Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products (Ghee), we generally do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged item, please take photos of the package and the damaged product and email them to support@valonavritti.com with your order number. We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement or a full refund.
3. Refunds
Once your return request is received and inspected (based on photographic evidence or return shipment if applicable), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
